PPEPlus Ltd operates digital safety and incident reporting systems designed to support clear, time-stamped record keeping. The systems provide structured methods for capturing safety-related information at specific locations or vehicles, helping organisations maintain consistent records and demonstrate reporting activity. Use of the systems does not in itself constitute compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement. PPEPlus Ltd is the commercial operator of the DeckQ™ and InciCap™ systems.

Systems Overview DeckQ™
A fixed-location workplace reporting system. Reports are submitted by scanning a QR code at a defined location. Each submission is time-stamped, location-linked, and converted into a digital record suitable for internal review or external reference. InciCap™ A vehicle-based incident reporting system for fleet and mobile work environments. Each vehicle is associated with a QR access point, allowing incidents to be recorded at the point of occurrence and issued as a structured PDF record. Neither system assesses fault, liability, compliance status, or legal outcomes.

Role of PPEPlus Ltd
PPEPlus Ltd is responsible for: Operation and availability of the reporting systems User access and technical support Generation of digital records and reports PPEPlus Ltd does not act as: A regulator or enforcing authority An investigator or decision-maker An insurer or claims assessor Intellectual Property & Licensing All intellectual property relating to PPEPlus™, PPE+™, DeckQ™, and InciCap™, including system design, workflows, and underlying concepts, is owned by the original creator and licensed to PPEPlus Ltd for commercial operation. PPEPlus Ltd is authorised to operate, market, and support the systems under valid licence arrangements.

Scope of Use
The systems support: Incident and near-miss reporting, Consistent record creation, Time-stamped documentation, Physical safety equipment or vehicle packs may be introduced in the future as optional products and are not required for use of the reporting systems.

Compliance & Responsibility
The systems are designed to support existing health, safety, and transport obligations but do not replace statutory duties. Organisations and users remain responsible for: Accuracy and completeness of submitted information, Appropriate investigation, response, and follow-up Compliance with applicable legislation and guidance. PPEPlus Ltd provides reporting infrastructure and record-keeping tools only. No legal, regulatory, or insurance advice is provided.
